If the part does not exist for the branch, the OEM Parts List – Exceptions page will open. To add the part to the order, click Search Parts.
Select Discard to remove the part. The Continue button cannot be selected until an option is selected.
The Part Search screen will show available options and will allow you to view part information and check National Inventory.
Please note – If you navigate from the Create OEM Parts Cart or Exception page, the warning below will pop up and the user will need to
confirm.
