PARTS CONNECT FEATURES GUIDE.
ORDER HISTORY
An Order History tab has been added to Parts Connect allowing users to view your account order history.
To View:
•
From the main page, click Order History.

Find Orders. The Date Range defaults to the last 30 days. The date range can be adjusted by clicking the Start Date and End Date fields.
The user can also find orders by entering PO Number and/or Part Number.
– When searching by Part Number, use wildcard (*) at the beginning and/or end if the exact Part Number is unknown.

Click Find to view the search results. The results provide date created, order number, branch, order status, delivery status
(if applicable), PO number, and sales advisor name.
