Line Managers use Blue Arrow’s coaching platform to aid regular one-to-one
coaching conversations with their team members, capturing career goals, agreeing
development plans, tracking progress and proactively monitoring wellbeing.
Continuous mandatory training is provided to employees educating them on a range of important legislative and regulatory
topics, and we have bespoke learning collections designed to support every step of our employees journey from supporting
their onboarding, enhancing their skills once experienced, and becoming a people manager.
We tap into our biggest asset, our people, to share experience and knowledge in regional sector-based workshops and we
support our people to undertake Professional quali昀椀cations such as the REC Level 3 Certi昀椀cate in Recruitment Practice.
