Investing in our staff networks
The IDEALS Network which has been running since 2021,
was setup to create a community of EDI champions from
employees across the business.
The network exists as a forum for regular, open and safe discussions on EDI topics,
seeking to share understanding as well as identifying opportunities for education and to
celebrate events that can be shared as internal campaigns with the wider staff community.
