Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
At Blue Arrow, equity, diversity, and inclusion are
non-negotiable values that we uphold in all aspects of our
business. We take a proactive approach to creating a fair,
inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
To achieve our objectives, we have a dedicated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
Consultant who works with leadership in developing a comprehensive EDI strategy that
guides our efforts in promoting equity and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
We are proud to take a consultative approach with our employee networks and clients, utilising
our expertise to help design the most effective solutions for the space in which they operate.
EDI Manifesto
Our EDI manifesto outlines our core values,
goals, and actions to promote a more inclusive
workplace and society. By creating this manifesto,
we aim to raise awareness of the importance of
EDI among staff and create a framework for our
recruiters to appreciate the unique and shared
responsibility we all have in recruitment in creating
a more equitable and diverse world of work.
