Financial Times Diversity Leaders
For three consecutive years we have been recognised as Diversity Leaders in an
independent survey conducted by the Financial Times’ research partner Statista, who
assess the diversity of gender, age, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation in the
workforces of companies from all industry sectors who employ at least 250 people.
The survey assesses the perceptions of over 100,000 employees from 15,000
companies on their own employer’s inclusiveness. The 850 companies receiving
the highest total scores make up the Diversity Leaders list. We continue to promote
inclusive practise, education and conversation with our staff and our clients to help
lead diversity and inclusion best practice throughout our industry and are proud
to be recognised as leaders within Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
