Blue Arrow has pledged through The Age-Friendly Employer
Pledge, to improve work for people in their 50s and 60s
and to take the necessary action to help them 昀氀ourish
in a multigenerational workforce. Part of a nationwide
programme, the pledge is made by employers who
recognise the importance and value of older workers.
We support people returning to work after long career
breaks with access to an enormous range of free, online
training modules to aid new skills development.
We offer work opportunities with the 昀氀exibility of working
hours to support those with multi-generational caregiver
roles within their families.
