Blue Arrow supports the Civil Society Strategy that the
government sets out. We are committed to providing support
to enable people to be able to thrive, connect with each other,
and give back to their communities, whilst having a sense of
control over their future and that of their community.
We are committed to contributing to the economic, social and environmental
development of the local communities in which we work. We have over 10,000 people
working in businesses across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and
over 350 recruitment superheroes working at home, on client sites and at our network
of 52 branches across the UK.
Our community reach spans 5 generations of the workforce, and we serve our
communities with pride.
