Disability Initiative
Pioneers (RIDI)
We are proud RIDI Pioneers. RIDI is a network of
recruiters that improves disability con昀椀dence in the
recruitment industry. Working together we shape best
practices for recruitment of people who live with disability.
House of Commons
RIDI brought together a leading panel of
experts to discuss and debate the major disability
inclusion recruitment priorities facing us today,
with keynote speaker Minister of State for Disabled
People Tom Pursglove.
From the provision of accessible application
systems, through to getting the workplace right for
disabled people from day one, the panel shared
their views and experiences on the entire recruitment
process. They also offered practical actions for how
we can work together towards a more inclusive
and equitable workforce.
Blue Arrow took part in this event to support making
collective progress on disability inclusion.
