Apprenticeship levy gifting
We recognise the importance of supporting small, medium
enterprises, charities and not for pro昀椀t organisations to
provide vital training and development opportunities for
overlooked emerging talent, which supports relevant
sector related skills growth and sustainability.
That’s why we have pledged to gift £100k of our
Apprenticeship levy to the wider community within 2024.

that have made their Social Mobility Pledge. Our
pledge requires us to be a force for good by putting
social mobility at the heart of our purpose including:

Ensuring that employees from less privileged backgrounds can progress
