Working with a local training company,
we provided work experience opportunities
for over forty 16–19 year-olds who took-up
an apprenticeship or full-time work with
a Blue Arrow client.

One of our consultants took the time to
share skills development and employability
support to disadvantaged and unemployed
people through the charity Springboard.
18 of those candidates now work in the
hospitality sector.

400 kitchen porters and luggage porters
attend regular training sessions in branch for
upskilling support for career progression into
front of house roles. 75% of candidates have
been placed in work.

We have supported 18 people who were
experiencing homelessness into work in
partnership with a local homeless charity,
identifying jobs through relevant partners.
London
30 chefs were enrolled into a 12-week
program to develop their skills for high-end
restaurants in the capital. The chefs
were assessed on-site by our clients.
Those achieving a ‘gold standard’ rating
from clients were offered a contract of
employment with guaranteed hours of work.
