LEATHER CARE
General advice on recycled leather care:
For daily cleaning a hard-wrung lint-free cloth in clean water is recommended.
Never use petrol or other chemicals on leather.
Do not place your leather products directly on heat sources.
Protect your leather products from direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
The recycled leather is already surface treated in the production and can therefore
be taken directly into use.
If you experience a stain that does not go o昀昀, try the dishwashing detergent
on a kitchen sponge. Be aware that certain foods and liquids may leave spots
if you do not remove them immediately. This applies to tomatoes, curry, paprika,
chili, tannin and sa昀昀ron.
Do not place hot items, such as pots, direct on the leather.
Never put the items in the dishwasher.

We love the smell of leather. This also applies to recycled leather.
A consistent element in our classic designs is our recycled leather, which is created from 100%
vegetable-dyed natural leather.
In production, we use surplus leather from e.g. the shoe industry, which would otherwise go to
waste. The leather is granulated into small pieces, which are pressed together with natural rubber
from trees.
The result is a sustainable leather quality in the ratio of 80% grain leather and 20% natural rubber,
which we dye naturally before it is shaped into our many leather designs.
The quality is beautiful and durable, water resistant, easy to clean and perfect for everyday use.
With a sustainable approach in everything we do, we can limit our footprint on the environment,
without compromising on design and quality.
