How we store your personal informaÿon
The contact details of lead entrants are securely stored on a password
protected database administered by a responsible member of the
organising team. This informaÿon is held for two years aÿer entry 3 and
is used for the sole purpose of advising past entrants about future
Marlow Santa Fun Runs. Any past entrant can remove their details as
described above.
At the end of the two year period the contact details are deleted
