12. The organisers distribute the proceeds of the event to a variety of mainly
local chariÿes. No volunteer or organiser receives income of any sort, and
proceeds are distributed enÿrely at the discreÿon of the organisers. An
oïcial event account is prepared, and the main recipients of funds are the
subject of media press releases.
13. Any separate fundraising conducted by individuals or teams should be
through a recognised fund-raising plaÿorm. The organisers take no
responsibility whatsoever for the collecÿon or distribuÿon of such funds.
14. Personal informaÿon relaÿng to entrants in either wriÿen or electronic
format will not be sold or given to third parÿes. However (in line with our
Privacy Policy) we will retain this informaÿon for a period of 2 years. The
informaÿon is required in order to ensure that a) the event is properly and
safely administered, and b) to help in the markeÿng of future Fun Runs 3
which of course are enÿrely concerned with raising money for good causes.

contacted regarding these future events.
15. The event receives signiocant media coverage 3 both oïcial and
unoïcial. The organisers cannot control such coverage 3 and inevitably
entrants may be photographed, and photographs may appear in mulÿple
media publicaÿons. By entry the organisers therefore assume that entrants
accept that photographs will be taken and may be widely published.
16. By applying to enter the SFR, applicants and entrants warrant that they
believe they are ot and able to engage in exercise - and they accept entry is
at their own risk.
17. Costumes will be delivered to the depots as specioed on the entry form.
For a small fee, delivery can be made to any UK address. The website carries
full details regarding delivery and collecÿon arrangements, and also the cutof dates for distribuÿon opÿons and price changes.
