QUESTION: If I withdraw for any reason will there be a refund of my
entry fee?
ANSWER: We are afraid not – unless there are very excep�onal
circumstances. This is a charity event – and we have had a no refund
policy for the last 20 years . Of course, you can try to 昀椀nd someone
else to run in your place!
QUESTION: Can young people under 18 enter on their own?
ANSWER: Sorry no. A responsible adult must make the entry on
behalf of all under 18s. This is an event insurance requirement, and
all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at the start of the
run.
QUESTION: I am running
on my own outside of
the mainland UK – will I
get a Santa Suit?
ANSWER: Sorry – you will
need to try Amazon!
QUESTION: Can I enter
on the day
ANSWER: Afraid not. We
will close to entries on
Friday November 29th –
or earlier if our capacity
of 3,000 runners has
been reached.
