cancella�on had to be
made in the lead up to the
event for reasons beyond
our control we would
review the situa�on on
the basis of the prevailing
circumstances. We would
of course communicate
with all lead entrants.
Please note that around
£20,000 of “upfront”
expenses are involved in
se�ng up this event – and are
non-recoverable. And Road
Closure no�ces require
months of advance no�ce in
order to be authorised – so
late changes to the date are
