2024 ANC Interstate Teams, Butler, and Central West Festival

1. Restricted and Novice Players
• The first week (6 to 12 July) of events starting with the Welcome Pairs followed by
the Central West Festival is perfect for you. Just like being at the Club. Prizes every
day with a major Prize at the end of the Orange Teams Day.
• While you’re playing you will be alongside the best players in the Country battling out
in the Interstate Teams.
• Stretch your skills and play in the Restricted Butler 13 and 14 July.
• Give one or two of the Swiss Pairs A or B a go in week 2. Much tougher but you will
improve.
2. Advanced and above with 5 to 7 Days available
• Get a team together for the Orange Congress Teams as a warmup for the Butler Pairs
on 13 and 14 July. If you make Stage 2 congratulations. If not play in Swiss Pars A on
15 and 16 July and if you just can’t help yourself stay on for Swiss Pairs B on 17 and
18 July.
• If you are a mixed pair and don’t make Stage 2 of the Open sign up for the Mixed
Butler Stage 1 on 15 and 16 July.
3. Intermediate Players
• The entire first week is great for Intermediate players and the Swiss Pairs A and B in
Week 2, while they are not called Intermediate the Butler Stage 2 and Mixed Butler
take most of the Advanced + players out of the Swiss Events in that week.
4. Total Bridge Tragics who just can’t enough and have unendless time and energy.
• Play all thirteen days and enjoy every moment.
