Appendix 5 - Additional details for Riwal Netherlands
Riwal Netherlands is certified with a CSR Performance Ladder - Level 3. This is a Management System and
certification standard for Corporate Social Responsibility. At level 3, Riwal Netherlands commits to a CSR policy and
objectives which are embedded in the core values and business principles.
This commitment as well as the goals and achievements are transparent and made available to all stakeholders
particularly interested in Riwal Netherlands.
This appendix gives additional information on the Sustainability/CSR journey of Riwal Netherlands.
The Group’s SHEQ policy, sustainability strategy, sustainability statement, stakeholder engagement and all
methodologies apply to Riwal Netherlands and are adapted, if needed, to the national and local requirements of
the country.
Based on the established governance, operations and the legal requirement in the Netherlands, the materiality
assessment of the Group is reviewed and adapted to the Dutch priorities. We focus on the following material topics:
