Riwal’s global growth strategy is driven by an international Executive Management Team, with extensive experience in
the industry. The Executive Management has a joint overall and P&L responsibility for the Group as a whole, including
the execution of the Riwal’s culture, values, mission and vision.
The composition of the Board of Directors is subject to the Management and Supervision act. The female percentage
in the current Board of Directors is 14% (2020: 25%). On the Riwal Headquarters 29% of the staff is female and the
total HQ staff is spread out over 12 nationalities. This shows the strategy of Riwal to select the right person for the job

Glenn Verburg, COO
Glenn Verburg was appointed COO (Chief Operational
Officer) as per 1 January 2024. Glenn started his career
at Riwal as Controller in 2011 and moved to operations to
become the Group Fleet Manager in 2014. In the following years Glenn played an important role in the growth
of the Riwal Group by adding a significant number of
new machines to the different operations. In 2016 he
extended his scope and became the Group Operations
Manager before being appointed to Country Manager of
the Benelux in 2019.
