The Riwal Way
Our mission is to deliver the best customer experience in the industry. We know

is why we have implemented The Riwal Way.
What is The Riwal Way?
We have carefully analyzed all of our core processes during the rental cycle. We
then standardized and simplified these based on best practices from inside and
outside of the organization. We have this recorded in a handbook: The Riwal Way.
Based on this handbook, we give intensive training sessions at all of our locations
to integrate The Riwal Way into all layers of the organization. The result is a better
customer experience, with a faster response time, improved efficiency, minimum
number of failures and overall increased productivity for our customers.
Continuous improvement
We are never completely satisfied, and thus strive to continue changing for the
better. Continuous improvement is essential for Riwal. Therefore, we set high
goals and measure whether they are achieved. We continue to work closely
together with our customers and make improvements based on this collaboration.
