Renting from Riwal
For safe and efficient working at height, it is important that you choose the
right machine. Bear in mind factors such as the working height, required
lifting capacity, site conditions and permitted ground pressure. We would be
pleased to advise you in making your choice. We can also visit your work site
to assess which machine would be most suitable for the job. To schedule a
site assessment, please contact our commercial support department.
Placing a rental order
Rental orders should preferably be placed online at www.riwal.com, by email
(international_rental@riwal.com) or by phone ( 31 (0)88 618 18 18). Orders
should be placed no later than 48 hours before the requested delivery time.
For urgent deliveries (within 24 hours), please call us. When you place an
order, we will need the following information: machine type, delivery address,
name and telephone number of a contact on site, required delivery date and
time, (expected) end date and any reference or project number.
Terminating the machine rental
If the work is completed and you no longer need the machine, you can
terminate the rental. You can do this by email or phone. You will receive an off
hire confirmation as proof of termination.
Invoicing and payment
Orders are invoiced digitally bi-weekly. You will receive your invoice by
email as a PDF and XML file. Riwal operates a standard payment term of 30
days from the date of invoice.
