INTRODUCTION
We are pleased to present you the Riwal Business Partner Code of Conduct.
These general and business principles are based on our company values which
guide us in our way of working. It is not only important that we reach our goals,
but also, how we reach our goals.
This Business Partner Code is intended to provide an overview of the relevant
general and business principles for each Riwal business partner to understand
and adhere to. It assists our business partners in performing their jobs in
accordance with Riwal standards. Each business partner of Riwal has a
personal responsibility to be aware of the Business Partner Code of Conduct
and to comply with it. We are counting on each business partner to fully
embrace its content.

experience. We want to conduct successful business – together with you:
always in the right way. Riwal aims to be the first choice for jobs done at height,
through developing mutually rewarding relationships with business partners
who deliver excellent service, consistently achieve our quality standards,

accordance with similar integrity standards. As a global company we recognise
that achieving these standards presents unique challenges in different parts of
the world.
With the term 8business partner9 we refer to all (sub)contractors, vendors,
suppliers, consultants, commercial representatives, agents and others with
whom we work to serve our customers.
Business partners must apply standards similar to ours and should contribute to
both our goals and our integrity commitments. Therefore, we must embark on a
joint journey to achieve our goals and realize our vision. This business partner
code describes in general terms what we expect from you, our business
partner, now and in the years to come.
