How will you help me during the move in process?
We take the stress away from you so you can focus on settling into your new home. We
know moving can be challenging and we will be with you every step of the way. We will
give you a welcome pack before you move in. This will include details of the services we
provide and what to consider before you move in. Throughout the process, our moving in
team will act as a point of contact between you, your removal company and any other
parties involved. We take the stress away from you so you can focus on settling into your
new home. Once you arrive, we will be on hand to assist with setting up your utilities,
induct you to the MyRiverstone app, and introduce you to any other residents or team
members you may not have already met.

Who can I live with and what are the minimum age requirements?
Riverstone is operating a retirement community at Riverstone Kensington. This is why,
when you buy an apartment, at least one person aged 65 or over has to live in the
apartment. We call these people “designated occupiers” in our lease.
We also recognise that everyone’s personal circumstances are di昀昀erent and might
change during their time at Riverstone. This is why we allow people who aren’t over 65
years old to live with you full time for as long as you live there. This can include close
family members, spouses, partners and carers and anyone you wish to live with. We call
these people “permitted occupiers” in our lease.
We limit the number of people who can live in your apartment to two people per
principal bedroom and one person per additional bedroom.
