For all our Membership Fee options, when you sell your apartment, we increase the
Membership Fee in line with in昀氀ation.
References to “in line with in昀氀ation” means an increase based upon the previous
September’s Consumer Price Index or Average Weekly Earnings Index % 昀椀gures,
whichever is the highest. These are two consumer indices published monthly by the UK
government’s O昀케ce of National Statistics, which track in昀氀ation in the United Kingdom.
- If we want to change or add to the services for an additional cost, we will allow
residents to vote on the proposal 昀椀rst. We will only increase the Membership Fee if
more than 50% of residents vote in favour. This applies to all Membership Fee options.
What is included in the Membership Fee?
The Membership Fee covers the sta昀케ng, management and upkeep of the building and
the cost of utilities and services in the common areas.
The following services are covered by the Membership Fee:
Concierge services & Riverstone Club
• 24-hour concierge service including valet parking, managing visitor access, handling
deliveries, providing an emergency call response service and helping residents with
making bookings and reservations
• Access to basic IT support services and valet parking
• A regular shuttle, Monday to Friday during daytime hours for local drop o昀昀s to public
transport links, local shops, or other nearby places of interest
• Access to all the amenities at our other Riverstone locations as part of the
Riverstone Club
• Access to the many events and activities that Riverstone organises for residents
• A resident portal where residents can make reservations, ask us questions and provide
feedback. Residents can also arrange deliveries and receive information about events
and promotions at Riverstone Kensington
• Emergency call system, estate management system and building management
system installed. We do this to make sure Riverstone is a safe and secure place
for residents
