in Choice” fee
structure
We recognise the importance of o昀昀ering choices which cater
for each buyer’s 昀椀nancial circumstances, preferences and
perception of value. This is why we have created Riverstone’s
“Value in Choice” o昀昀ering
It is your decision as to which Option you choose – each has
its own Membership Fee and Deferred Fee structure which we
explain in this guide. Some buyers will prefer to pay a higher
Membership Fee in return for a lower Deferred Fee. Other
buyers would be happier paying a lower Membership Fee
each year but a higher Deferred Fee when the apartment
is sold
This is your choice and we strongly recommend you take
昀椀nancial advice when making the decision on which
Option to choose
