• Annual maintenance and testing of in-apartment heating and comfort cooling
systems – Riverstone can organise the maintenance of any system within your
apartment using one of our trusted experts, ensuring compliance with the latest
standards and legislation is being adhered to at all times
You need to furnish and decorate your apartment and keep it in good repair. We allow nonstructural works within the apartment but we will need to approve any works before you
start. We also need to approve the contractors you intend to use and they will be required
to submit appropriate method statements for undertaking the works in accordance with our
reasonable requirements. Our on-site team can provide a list of pre-approved contractors
and will be available to help arrange any works you wish to carry out.
Do I have to pay a ground rent?
We do not charge any ground rent.
Is parking available?
Residents can rent secure underground parking spaces on 12-month licences. We do not
provide parking spaces for every resident. If no parking spaces are available when you
buy your apartment, we will put you on a waiting list until one becomes available.
The annual fee for a car parking space is £4,000 per year, per space. Please note that
our car parking spaces are not for sale or re-hire.
Our underground car park uses a “car stacking” system which means residents and
guests don’t park their own cars. Our Concierge team provide valet parking as part
of the Membership Fee.
We do o昀昀er on-site chargeable visitor parking, but availability will depend on how many
spaces we have yet to assign to residents and how many visitors we have on any given day.
There is a regular shuttle service that runs Monday to Friday during daytime hours for
local drop o昀昀s to public transport links, local shops, or other nearby places of interest.
There will be an electric Club Car available that can be hired by our residents on a
half day or daily rental rate.
