• Access to the Riverstone Wellbeing services, including the Wellbeing team
comprising Wellbeing Ambassadors and Fitness instructors
• An annual wellbeing conversation with the Riverstone Wellbeing team,
with a personalised health and 昀椀tness plan
• Supporting residents to access all aspects of healthcare such as GPs,
physiotherapy and hospital care
Management
• Twice a week bin collections from your apartment
• Housekeeping services for the communal areas
• External apartment window cleaning service
• Professional landscaping and gardening
• Upkeep and testing of all lifts, plant, electrical installations, 昀椀re and life safety
systems and other equipment in the communal areas such as smoke detectors,
昀椀re alarms and extinguishers
• Utilities costs for the communal areas
• Wi-Fi internet access in each apartment as well as in communal areas
• Buildings insurance, public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance
• Management fees for Riverstone’s head o昀케ce support services
• Carrying out Disclosure and Barring Service checks on all Riverstone employees
• Training for on-site team
If we’re ever unable to provide a service covered by the Membership Fee, we will always
let you know and aim to make other arrangements.
The monthly Membership Fee under Option 1 and 2 includes a £100 credit for you
to spend in our on-site restaurant each month, and £50 credit under Option 3. This
is to encourage residents to use the restaurant and to create a vibrant and social
community.
