We know that staying well and maintaining independence is a priority and we want
our residents to have complete peace of mind. That is why we have chosen to partner
with the highly regarded home care provider, The Good Care Group. They are there to
provide home care should you want it but you can, of course, choose a di昀昀erent care
provider if you wish.
14.
Will I have access to care at Riverstone Kensington?
Our partnership with The Good Care Group means you have access to high quality
24/7 care. This can be tailored to match your changing needs in the comfort of
your own home, should you need it. Please note, care costs are not included in the
Membership Fee and are paid for separately. Please ask our client advisors for a copy
of The Good Care Group at Riverstone booklet for more information.
There might be exceptional circumstances when care at home (whether from
The Good Care Group at Riverstone, a nursing care agency or other provider) is no
longer able to ensure your safety and wellbeing. Should this happen, Riverstone will
work with you and the people that matter to you to 昀椀nd a solution that is in your best
interests.
15.
Does the Membership Fee cover my household contents insurance?
No, the Membership Fee does not include home contents insurance. You will need to
arrange this yourself.
16.
Is accommodation available for friends and family?
Family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends alike are of course all welcome!
We do have guest accommodation where visitors can stay for 1 or 2 nights, subject to
availability. Each visitor can also stay in your apartment up to 100 days per year and
can use all the amenities at Riverstone Kensington. Please ask our client advisors for a
copy of the Lease Summary for more information.
