Will the quality of the development be maintained?
Riverstone hasn’t just built Riverstone Kensington, we will run it with your best interests in
mind. Rest assured, we want to maintain the quality of amenities and services to the same
high level as the 昀椀rst day you moved in. We want to provide our residents with the widest
range and highest quality of amenities in London. Retirement living as it should be.
5.
Can I buy an apartment for a family member?
Of course. We recognise that some people might want to buy apartments for their family
members and our lease allows this. A family member would need to provide details of
at least one person aged 65 or over who will live in the apartment. We call these people
“designated occupiers” in our lease.

What steps do I need to follow when buying a Riverstone apartment?
Our client advisors will be available to explain the di昀昀erent stages of buying a
Riverstone apartment. From the initial appointment through to completing a reservation
and the move-in process, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Will the Membership Fee increase during my time at Riverstone Kensington?
We understand the importance of residents being con昀椀dent that costs won’t go
up unexpectedly. For this reason, we have included a cap to the annual index-linked
Membership Fee increases which means the Membership Fee for initial purchasers cannot
go up more than 4% in any one year. We hope this gives you peace of mind.
If we want to change or add to the services for an additional cost, we will allow residents
to vote on the proposal 昀椀rst. We will only increase the Membership Fee if more than 50%
of residents vote in favour.
