feedback. Residents can also arrange deliveries and receive information about events
and promotions at Riverstone Kensington
Management
• Upkeep and testing of all lifts, plant, electrical installations, 昀椀re and life safety systems
and other equipment in the communal areas. For example, smoke detectors, 昀椀re
alarms and extinguishers
• Utilities costs for the communal areas
• Wi-Fi internet access in each apartment as well as in communal areas
• Buildings insurance, public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance
• Estate service charge payments. We make these to our landlord for the upkeep of the
common areas of the wider estate in which Riverstone Kensington is located
• Management fees for Riverstone’s head o昀케ce support services, including human
resources, 昀椀nance and legal
• Carrying out Disclosure and Barring Service checks on all sta昀昀 who work on site
• Training for on-site team
If we’re ever unable to provide a service covered by the Membership Fee, we would
always let you know and aim to make other arrangements.
What is not included within the Membership Fee?
Costs of the normal running of your apartment are not included in the Membership Fee.
The Membership Fee does not cover certain on-demand services such as:
• Personal support or home-care packages. Please ask our client advisors for a copy of the

• Lifestyle and concierge services (including apartment cleaning, laundry services,
chau昀昀eur services, spa treatments and some 昀椀tness classes)
• Dining and drinking in our restaurant and bar. You will have the bene昀椀t of a member’s
