Buying your apartment
Property pricePlease see the Riverstone price lists which our client advisors
can provide
Reservation Fee£5,000. If the sale does not go ahead, we will refund the
Reservation Fee. However, we will take off an amount to cover our
reasonable costs and expenses which we incurred progressing
the sale. This might be up to the full value of the Reservation Fee

10% of the agreed price paid on exchange of contracts

MortgagesWe allow mortgages up to a maximum amount of 60% of the

Ongoing costs paid to Riverstone:
Membership Fee
- The Membership Fee for all apartment sizes is £1,485 per month
-We fix the Membership Fee for the period you own your
apartment. When you sell the apartment, we increase the
Membership Fee in line with any increases in inflation over the
time you owned the apartment. The new owner then pays the
increased Membership Fee moving forwards
-If more than 50% of residents vote to agree, Riverstone can
increase the Membership Fee. This is to cover the costs of
changing or adding to the services
