Living in your apartment
What is the Membership Fee?
Once you have bought your apartment and moved in, you will have to pay the
Membership Fee. This is an annual fixed charge, paid monthly in advance. We fix the
Membership Fee because we know how important it is for you to know that costs won’t
increase whilst you own a Riverstone apartment.
The fixed Membership Fee for all apartment sizes is £1,485 per month.
If we want to change or add to the services for an additional cost, we will allow residents
to vote on the proposal first. We will only increase the Membership Fee if more than 50%
of residents vote in favour.
We will increase the Membership Fee in line with inflation but only when you sell
your apartment to a new owner. Any increase will be in line with the Consumer Price
Index or the Average Weekly Earnings Index (whichever increases the most) over the
time you owned the apartment. These are two consumer indices published by the UK
government’s Office of National Statistics which track inflation in the United Kingdom.
The new owner pays the increased Membership Fee moving forwards.
What is included in the Membership Fee?
The Membership Fee covers the staffing, management and upkeep of the building and
the cost of utilities and services in the common areas.
The following services are covered by the Membership Fee:
Concierge services & Riverstone Club
• 24-hour concierge service including managing visitor access, handling deliveries,
providing an emergency call response service and helping residents with making
bookings and reservations
• Access to IT support services and valet parking
• A daily shuttle to local amenities such as shopping areas or places of interest
