In spite of ongoing political instability and horrific gang
violence, our teams consistently provid secure spaces,
mental health support, nutritious meals, and emergency
kits for participating families.

PORT-AU-PRINCE
Port-au-Prince, in collaboration with local partners
and mountain communities like Kenscoff, situated
south of the capital.
• Ensuring continuity and routine while preventing
disruptions to education are two of the most crucial
ways Rise Haiti supports children in managing their
surrounding stress.
• Parents and caregivers, in turn, feel more confident in
their ability to provide for their children and manage
amidst unimaginable stress and can continue being
the emotional rock their children need.
• Day camps specifically designed for youth living with
HIV offered a vital sanctuary for 410 children and 300
of their parents, fostering emotional recovery and
community resilience.
