Rihm Family Companies (RFC) supports 501(c)3 organizations focused on three primary
service areas: health & wellness, food insecurity, and education and workforce development.

Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT)
Combats crimes against human beings
■ Trains all RFC team members on identifying
and reporting suspected human trafficking
■ John W. Rihm Memorial Scholarship Fund
St. Christopher's Truckers Relief Fund
Supports truck drivers facing health crises
■ Assists with expenses associated with out of work
truck drivers experiencing illness, injury, or family
emergencies that take them off the road
2nd Harvest Food shelves/Feeding America
Believes hunger is a solvable problem
■ Annual support to all communities
where RFC operates
for diesel tech students enrolled in accredited
diesel programs through the MTA Foundation
■ Twin Cities Rise - Provide facility tours, interview
training and hire apprentice diesel techs from
their careers and work readiness program
■ Dakota-Scott Workforce Development Board
and Minnesota Department of Labor/Minnesota’s
Youth Skills Training Program with employee
involvement at the board level
■ Tri-District Career and College Readiness
Program with internship opportunities
■ Bethel University’s “The 25” program for women
preparing for careers and internships within
various areas of study
