RISING TO THE
CHALLENGE
Milton Keynes is a vibrant new city within which we are
very proud to play an important role. But many young
people face huge challenges as a result of poverty,
neglect and abuse, isolation and poor mental health,
which make them vulnerable to a number of risks and
can have a detrimental impact on their futures.
At Ride High we address these challenges by offering
them a fun and educational programme that promotes
physical activity in the great outdoors, that encourages
the creation of positive relationships with people and
animals, that develops skills and knowledge which drives
self-confidence and self-worth and helps to enforce a
healthy lifestyle.
By attending Ride High every week for up to a year, we
provide young people with stability and consistency, and
the transformations we witness are quite incredible.
