How We Work
Having discussed your enquiry, we will come back to you with our options, at
which point any amendments needed will be addressed. If you are happy with
our selections, we will send you an invoice and get started on your order.
If you have any printing, branding or literature design requirements, we can
incorporate this into your quote.
We will provide updates throughout the project and will notify you when work is
completed.
We will also cater to your delivery preferences and arrange this with our
preferred supplier. Delivery is normally itemised separately in the final costing.
Invoices will need to be settled in full upon confirmation. If this is not possible,
we can consider a payment made in instalments – we will work with you and
your finance department to find the best solution.
