Equity, and
Inclusion
Our Reser’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
committee is a task force comprising of diverse
employees dedicated to enhancing education
and promoting a progressive mindset regarding
DEI practices within our workforce. Established
in January 2022, the committee currently
consists of members representing various
locations, with additional guidance and support
provided by our executive team. Each month,
the committee convenes to discuss topics
relevant to our workforce. In addition, they
create a monthly newsletter aimed at providing
educational resources to our employees.
