LAUNCH PROGRAM
Reser's GROW Program nurtures leaders,
fosters collaboration, and enhances
organizational effectiveness. Over 12
months, participants develop essential
leadership competencies such as strategic
planning, decision-making, and delegation,
aligning with Reser's corporate goals
and values.
L.E.A.D. is dedicated to empowering
frontline leaders, specifically Team Leads
and Sr. QA Technicians. This initiative
focuses on equipping participants with
essential soft skills for effective team
management and continuous improvement
methodologies, fostering a cohesive
and engaged workforce that drives
organizational success.
The Launch Program is our leadership
onboarding process, designed to instill
confidence and facilitate seamless
transitions into new roles. Held over three
days at our corporate office, this program
unites newly hired or promoted leaders
from various departments and plants,
providing essential knowledge, skills, and
insights for effective management.
The dynamic curriculum covers vital
topics such as communication, emotional
intelligence, and problem-solving, guiding
participants through skill enhancement and
personal growth. Each session, available in
English and Spanish, is led by experienced
instructors and includes interactive
activities. The program's emphasis on
fostering trust, synergy, and effective issue
resolution ensures that frontline leaders
are prepared to navigate their roles with
confidence and competence.
Participants engage in training led by
company experts, executives, and Learning
and Development team members, covering
leadership competencies, company culture,
and strategic goals. Through hands-on
activities and networking, participants gain
the tools to lead teams effectively and
align their efforts with Reser’s objectives.
The Launch Program fosters camaraderie
and professional growth, ensuring new
leaders are well-equipped to thrive and
contribute to our collective success.
This immersive virtual program
accommodates cohorts across the
organization, encouraging discussions,
group activities, and social learning
opportunities for professional growth.
Participants present quarterly to leadership
teams, showcasing their understanding
of program concepts and real-world
application. With support from local
leadership teams and an executive
oversight committee, the GROW Program
equips mid-management leaders to
drive positive change and uphold Reser's
commitment to excellence.
