Client and Enterprise SSD Prices Set to Rise in Q2 2024
TrendForce's latest report predicts that client SSD prices will increase by up to 15% in Q2 2024, following a
substantial 23-28% rise in Q1. This trend is driven by factors such as reduced stockpiling and strategic buying
by SSD makers. Enterprise SSD buyers will face even steeper hikes, with prices expected to surge by 2025%, fueled by strong demand from US and Chinese communication service providers and a push to build
inventories. Overall, NAND flash products, including eMMC and UFS, are projected to see a 10-15% price
increase this quarter.
