We want you to be happy with every item you
purchase from our company. If for any reason you’re
not pleased, we’ll accept returns for full credit or refund
within 30 days of receipt.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by check in advance or by credit
card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express &
Discover. We accept properly executed purchase orders
from schools & institutions.
SHIPPING
RBI can ship via most small package delivery
companies & the US Postal Service. If you request delivery
by a particular delivery company, your cost may be
higher than our standard rates. APO/FPO & oversized
items as indicated in our catalog require additional
shipping charges. Some very large orders require motor
freight.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Oversized items are indicated throughout the
catalog by an asterisk next to the part number.
Shipping cost is higher on these items. Freight
quotes are available upon request.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES
RBI packages & ships product in a manner that protect
it from most damage during shipping. Shipments leave
our warehouse in good condition & RBI cannot be held
responsible for damages caused by the carrier. Inspect
your shipment immediately upon receipt & report any
damages either outward or concealed to the driver &
contact your RBI customer service representative for
further assistance. Please report any shortages to RBI
customer service within 5 business days of receipt of the
shipment. RBI cannot be held responsible for shortages
reported after 5 business days.
