ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY
Queensland Museum acknowledges the First Peoples – the
Traditional Owners of the lands, seas and skies where we live
and work – and we recognise their continuing connection
to community and Country.
We pay respect to Elders, past and present, and traditional
cultural, spiritual and educational practices. We appreciate the
important role First Nations people play in Queensland’s story –
past, present and future.
