Housing Units
The number of housing units within the report area in July of each year from 201002019 is shown
below. According to the U.S. Census, there were a total of 63,756 housing units in the report area
in 2019, an increase of 1,314 (or 2.1%) since 2010 compared to a 3.57% increase statewide.
Housing Age
American Community Survey (ACS) totals for housing units, median year built and median age in 2019 for
the report area are shown in the table below.
