Advocate to bring more safe, affordable housing to our communities.
Advocate to change the date of September 1994 that houses who were previously weatherized are
not eligible for weatherization services.
o Strengthen partnerships to advocate for and provide support services to Pro Action
customers to address social determinants of health.
Continue advancing objectives of the existing Kids On Track partnership to create safe, nurturing
environments and promote optimal early childhood development and education for children.
Leveraging Kids On Track and other partnerships, intensify efforts to educate the community on
ACEs, resilience, and poverty.
Leveraging the Kids On Track partnership, advocate with state government for higher levels of
child care subsidy and housing assistance funding for communities.
Leveraging the Kids On Track partnership, advocate with county government to access subsidy
dollars to provide wrap-around child care in HS/EHS center based programs.
Advocate for bringing higher-wage jobs to the area.

Our agency needs to engage the community in understanding the effects of adverse childhood
experiences.
Our agency needs to ensure an efficient customer referral process so that customers are
connected to necessary services (within other Pro Action programs as well as those available
through partners)
