On our Staff-Board-Policy Council-Volunteer Survey, we asked two questions to help us get at
community priorities for new or improved services for the different age groups.

What services or assistance do families ask for that just don't exist in Pro Action's service area?
There may be services available locally that do not have enough capacity to serve everyone who is
eligible. What are the key organizations where lack of capacity is a barrier to families9 receiving timely
support?
The responses to both questions aligned with the priority ranking of the Community Partner Survey. Of
course, there is very thin line between
