Commuter Travel Patterns
This indicator shows the method of transportation workers used
to travel to work for the report area. Of the 53,304 workers in the
report area, 78.5% drove to work alone while 9.5% carpooled.
0.6% of all workers reported that they used some form of public
transportation, while others used some optional means including
5.0% walking or riding bicycles, and 1.1% used taxicabs to travel
to work.
