Daily it seems that we are hearing about another overdose or drug raid/arrest.
It's rampant here and has been for a long time. It clearly ruins that person and people associated with
them.
Anxiety, depression, job loss or poor job performance, sometimes isolation from others [caused by
opioid use].
I think the impact of opioid use on adults has increased during the pandemic.... so many people have
stooped into depression and have abused drugs and alcohol to cope.
Increased homelessness, more of a need for assistance with finances and food.
More alcohol than drugs, from what I have seen.
Older adults (parents) are being affected by their children's use and negative impact on the family.
