Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
ACEs are traumatic experiences that happen before the age of 18 but last through adulthood. They can
cause lasting mental and physical issues. The 10 ACEs of trauma are forms of physical/emotional abuse,
neglect, and household dysfunction. They generally include the following:

Having a relative who has been sent to jail or prison
