Major credit and debit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) are accepted. Cheques
should be made payable to Presteigne Festival Limited. We regret that refunds
cannot be made unless temporary Welsh or UK Government health legislation
forces cancellation.
ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair users All venues have wheelchair access. Please notify the Box Office
at time of booking if you would like to reserve a wheelchair space. The Festival Bus
does not have wheelchair access.
Companions Registered disabled customers are entitled to a free companion
ticket. These can be booked online, in person, by email or phone.
Assistance Dogs Assistance dogs are welcome at all venues. However, please
notify us if you will have one with you.
Festival Brochure and Programme Book We can supply large format versions of
our printed material via email. Please contact the Box Office.
Hearing loops There are induction hearing loops at St Andrew’s Church, Presteigne;
Presteigne Baptist Church; Leintwardine Church and Leominster Priory.
If you have any concerns relating to access or disability, please contact the Box
Office to discuss what we can do to make your visit as easy as possible.
FESTIVAL BUS
A Festival Bus is available to transport patrons from Presteigne (Recycling site car
park, opposite Presteigne Memorial Hall) to selected events taking place outside
of town. Departure times are given as part of event information; return journeys
depart approximately 15 minutes after the end of an event. Tickets MUST be
booked in advance, preferably at the time of event booking. The return fare for
each journey is £10.
Please use this service and help us to become a more sustainable organisation.
Seats will be reserved for bus users at destination venues.
