Tips for selling your home - exterior
as a seller, you play an important part in the timely sale of your property. When you take the following steps,
you’ll help your real estate advisor sell your home faster and at the best possible price.
Landscaping
• Before a potential buyer even stops the car, they will notice the landscaping. Pay as much attention to your landscaping

Mow, trim and fertilize the lawn.
