‘GOOD MORNING, BOSS!’ - GREETING PEOPLE
WORK SITUATION
Your boss has just received a call from head
office, and is in a complete panic as visitors are
unexpectedly going to be popping into your
workplace. They are from abroad, and your boss
is worried staff won’t know if there are some
cultural dos and don’ts. You are asked to go online and find out how to treat the guests.
